WE DIDN'T START WITH NOTEBOOKS. We started with paper.
I have been around paper for as long as I can remember.
In 1997, my father began trading paper in Indore. I grew up around reams, printing presses, and the people who worked with them.
Over time, paper became more than our family business. It became something I genuinely cared about.
In 2020, we decided to take that experience beyond paper trading and create something of our own. Penkraft was born from that thought — turning a material we had spent years understanding into something people could experience for themselves.
We care about the details that make a notebook feel right — the paper, the construction, the design, and everything in between.
I still design every Penkraft cover myself. For me, it has never been just about making notebooks.
It is about making something I would want to pick up, open, and write on.
And we are only getting started.
